For every euro spent, you get 100 points, and depending on your level (Bronze, Silver, Gold, or Platinum) you can get multipliers that allow you to accumulate points faster and unlock new products to redeem.
Your points are automatically accumulated in your customer account every time you make a purchase in-store or online.

Yes. Points expire 18 months from the date they were generated.

Nutlovers club levels are periodically reviewed to reflect your recent activity.
If the activity required for the current level is not maintained for a period of time, it will automatically be adjusted to the previous level.
In this case, you will lose access to the new rewards unlocked at the higher level, although you will still be able to enjoy all the benefits corresponding to your new level.
Whenever you reach the higher level again, you will regain its rewards.
