LEGAL BASIS OF THE NUTLOVERS CLUB – OMNIWALLET


 1. ORGANIZING COMPANY
The “Club Nutlovers” loyalty program (hereinafter, the “Program”) is organized by:

 Owner of the Nutnut brand and the website www.nutnutshop.com

2. OBJECTIVE OF THE PROGRAM
The Nutlovers Club is a free loyalty program that allows customers to accumulate points for purchases and certain promotional actions, as well as redeem them for rewards according to the conditions in force at any given time.

 Participation in the Program implies full acceptance of these legal terms.


3. PARTICIPATION REQUIREMENTS
 The following may participate in the Program:

  • Individuals over 18 years of age.
  • That they register correctly in Omniwallet.
  • That they provide truthful and up-to-date information.

LEBROS ROASTERIES SL may cancel or suspend accounts with false information or irregular behavior.


 4. PROGRAM OPERATION
Members will be able to accumulate points through:

  • Registration in the Program (1,000 welcome points).
  • Birthday reward (2,500 points).
  • Multiplier x1.2 on the first points accumulated after registration.
  • Purchases made in physical store and/or online store, according to the current equivalence published at any given time.

The Company may modify, add or remove bonus actions at any time.

 

5. NATURE OF THE POINTS

  • Points are personal and non-transferable.
  • They have no monetary value.
  • They cannot be exchanged for cash.
  • They do not constitute a means of payment nor do they generate economic rights.


 6. EXPIRY
Points may expire in case of user inactivity during the period that LEBROS ROASTERIES SL determines at any given time.

The Company reserves the right to modify the expiration policy.



 7. REDEMPTION OF POINTS
The exchange will be subject to:

  • Availability of products or rewards.
  • Limited stock.
  • Specific conditions for each reward.

LEBROS ROASTERIES SL may modify the number of points required, replace rewards, or update the catalog at any time.
8. PROGRAM LEVELS
The Program may include different levels (for example Bronze, Silver, Gold or Platinum) depending on accumulated spending or other internal criteria.

Access requirements, membership status, and associated benefits may be modified without prior notice.


 9. MISUSE
The Company may cancel the account and void the accumulated points in the event of:

  • Creation of duplicate accounts.
  • System manipulation.
  • Fraudulent use.
  • Failure to comply with these rules.


 10. MODIFICATION OR CANCELLATION OF THE PROGRAM
LEBROS ROASTERIES SL reserves the right to modify, suspend or cancel the Program at any time.

In case of definitive cancellation, you may establish a period for the redemption of accumulated points.


 11. RESPONSIBILITY
The Company will not be responsible for interruptions, technical errors or incidents on the Omniwallet platform that affect the operation of the Program.



 12. DATA PROTECTION
Personal data will be processed in accordance with the Privacy Policy published at www.nutnutshop.com.



 13. APPLICABLE LEGISLATION
These terms and conditions are governed by Spanish law.
 Any dispute will be submitted to the competent Courts and Tribunals in accordance with current consumer regulations.
