SHIPPING

All our shipments are made through a transport company, we ship to the entire peninsula, the Balearic Islands, and the Canary Islands.

SHIPPING PRICES TO SPAIN

 

Delivery time and terms: Sea shipping. Delivery in 4-5 business days. Additional DUA cost for the Peninsula included. For orders over 10kg, please email info@nutnutshop.com and we will send you a proforma invoice. Any other customs, shipping, or local taxes are the customer's responsibility.

 

To make a purchase from Ceuta or Melilla, please contact us by email (info@nutnutshop.com) and we will arrange shipping from the office.

The estimated delivery time for our products is a maximum of 24 to 72 hours for the Iberian Peninsula from receipt of payment (always depending on stock availability). If stock is not available, the customer will be notified and may request a full refund.

Orders are accepted until 12:00 p.m. Orders placed after this time will be accepted the following business day.

Shipping is done through a shipping company other than ours. If you live in a town where this shipping company only serves on a specific day and cannot meet the deadline established by our company, we are not responsible for any delays that may occur.

The courier will deliver the goods to your home. For better service, the customer should provide an approximate delivery time. If you don't receive them, you can contact us through the "CONTACT" section of our website.

 

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

For shipments outside of Spain, please contact us via email (info@nutnutshop.com) and we will arrange your shipment from the office.

 

RETURNS

Returns of perishable products are not accepted, as they cannot be resold. If the package arrives in poor condition, such as broken or opened, you must file a claim with the shipping company and immediately notify info@nutnutshop.com for follow-up.

In case of receiving a wrong product, or for any other claim, you must inform the company within a maximum period of 48 hours from receipt of the merchandise, by writing an email to Any complaints regarding an online order must be submitted with the order number and order confirmation email so that a replacement or correction of the product can be evaluated.
