SHIPPING: METHODS, DELIVERY TIMES AND SHIPPING COSTS

 

1. DELIVERIES

Purchases made on the NUTNUT website cannot be delivered to post office boxes; they will always be delivered to homes and to the person indicated at the time of purchase confirmation.

 

2. SHIPPING COST

All purchases are subject to payment of shipping costs, which will be borne by the buyer, unless the conditions for free shipping are met.
The delivery time is calculated based on the day and time the order is confirmed.

Note : Any customs duties or local taxes are the responsibility of the buyer.

 

4. DELIVERY CONDITIONS

  • If no one is at the address indicated at the time of delivery, the carrier will leave a note to contact the transport agency and coordinate the delivery quickly.
  • In case of any delivery problem at the address provided, the courier company will leave a notification explaining how to proceed with the delivery. Two delivery attempts will be made: the first the following day and the second after the delivery has been scheduled.
  • At NUTNUT, we have organized our delivery logistics to ensure your product arrives in optimal condition. Therefore, it is essential to receive your order within the first 24-hour delivery window. We cannot be held responsible for the product's condition after two days from the scheduled delivery date, and the customer will not be entitled to a refund.

5. ORDER TRACKING

  • The user will be able to track their order from the website in the My Profile section, by clicking on the Orders section of the drop-down menu.
  • In this menu you can see a summary of the history of completed orders as well as current orders, showing the current status of the order.
  • Once the order has left NUTNUT's facilities, the user will receive email notifications from the assigned courier company, where they can confirm the shipping status and delivery date.

 

6. RETURNS

For food safety reasons, NUTNUT does not accept exchanges or returns of its products due to their perishable nature.

1. Damaged or defective order

If the package arrives broken, open or in poor condition:

- You must inform the courier company within a maximum of 48 hours from receipt of the goods.

- Additionally, please inform our team at info@nutnutshop.com, attaching photos of the condition of the package and the product, so that we can manage the tracking.

 

2. Wrong product or order issue

In case of receiving an incorrect product or any other issue:

- You must inform us within a maximum of 48 hours from receipt of the order.

- Write to info@nutnutshop.com indicating: Order number, confirmation email, description of the problem and photos, if necessary.

After the evaluation, we will confirm the replacement or correction of the product.

 

3. General conditions

- Claims will not be accepted outside of the stated deadline

- A refund or replacement will only be issued if the product meets the established conditions.

- Return shipping costs, unless there is an error on the part of NUTNUT, will be borne by the customer.
