SHIPPING AND RETURNS

1. Deliveries

Purchases made on the NUTNUT website will be delivered to the address indicated during the purchase process or to a Parcel Shop of the transport company, provided that this option has been selected or authorized by the customer during the delivery process.

For security and delivery control reasons, orders cannot be left in doorways, doormats or mailboxes, nor delivered to unauthorized third parties, unless the customer has expressly indicated this to the transport company through its delivery management systems.

We do not deliver to PO boxes.

2. Shipping costs

All purchases are subject to shipping costs, which will be borne by the buyer, except in cases where the free shipping conditions indicated on the website are met.

3. Production and order preparation

At NUTNUT we make our products by hand and on demand to guarantee maximum freshness.

For this reason, orders are prepared after they are received, and we do not work with a prolonged stock of finished product.

4. Delivery times

Delivery times are calculated in working days (Monday to Friday, excluding holidays) and start counting from the next working day after receipt of the order.

Note: Any customs duties or local taxes will be borne by the buyer.

During promotional periods, special campaigns or high demand, preparation and shipping times may be slightly longer.

5. Order tracking

Once the order has been shipped, the customer will be able to receive tracking information provided by the transport company, when this service is available.

6. Delivery conditions

At NUTNUT we coordinate shipments so that products travel in the best conditions and arrive at their destination in the shortest possible time.

Should any issues arise during delivery, our team will be available to help you manage them with the transport company and find the most suitable solution.

RETURNS

7. Returns Policy

For food safety and quality control reasons, returns of food products are not accepted once delivered, except in the cases described below.

7.1 Order damaged during transport

If the package arrives open, broken, or visibly damaged:

  • The courier company must be informed within a maximum of 48 hours from receipt .
  • In addition, NUTNUT must be notified via email at info@nutnutshop.com , attaching photographs of the condition of the package and the product.

7.2 Incorrect product or order issue

If you receive an incorrect product or there is a problem with your order:

  • It must be reported within a maximum of 48 hours from receipt .
  • You will need to provide the order number and attach photos if necessary.

After evaluating the case, we will confirm the product replacement or the corresponding solution.

7.3 General conditions

  • Claims will not be accepted outside of the stated deadline.
  • Refunds or replacements will only be issued after the case has been verified.
  • In certain cases, NUTNUT may request the collection of the product for internal evaluation before proceeding with the replacement or the corresponding refund.
  • Return shipping costs, unless there is an error on the part of NUTNUT, will be borne by the customer.
