You may have arrived here because someone told you about nutnut: a coworker who brought a bag of pistachios to the office, a friend who posted a photo of our shop in Madrid, or simply because you saw the name on social media and got curious. And it is also possible that your next thought was: "surely you can only buy this in Madrid."
We understand why people think that: nutnut was born as a nut boutique with physical stores in Madrid, and that is where its heart still lies. But the physical store is the starting point of the brand, not its limit. If you don't live in Madrid, you can order the exact same nuts, with the same artisanal roast, through our online store, and they will arrive at your home wherever you are in Spain.
Where our stores are in Madrid
We have two physical stores in Madrid, and if you live nearby or are passing through the city, we look forward to seeing you. All location, opening hours, and telephone information is available on our contact page:
Fernando VI, 8 (28004 Madrid). Open Monday to Saturday from 10:30 to 21:00, and Sundays from 11:00 to 15:30 and 16:00 to 21:00.
Príncipe de Vergara, 30 (28001 Madrid). Same hours: Monday to Saturday from 10:30 to 21:00, Sundays from 11:00 to 15:30 and 16:00 to 21:00.
In both stores, you can see, smell, and taste the product before buying it, something only a physical experience can offer. But if you can't come by, it doesn't mean you have to miss out on enjoying it.
If you don't live in Madrid, you won't miss out on trying them
This is the part we love to clarify the most: you don't have to limit yourself to buying only if you physically come to one of our stores. From day one, nutnut has prepared and shipped online orders to any point on the peninsula, the Balearic Islands, the Canary Islands, and a good part of Europe. If you live in Bilbao, Seville, a village in Castile, or anywhere else in Spain, the entire catalog is just one order away, with the same care we put into our store.
What is the difference between buying in-store and buying online?
Actually, very little. We craft our products artisanally and on-demand to ensure maximum freshness, whether the final destination is a bag you take from the Fernando VI store or a package heading to Valencia or Galicia. We do not keep large quantities of pre-packaged product waiting for weeks: every order, physical or online, is prepared with the intention that it arrives as freshly roasted as possible.
The only real difference is logistics: in-store you take it with you right away, and online you receive it at your home within a set timeframe. For many people who don't live in Madrid, that difference is precisely what makes it possible to try nutnut for the first time.
Shipping from Madrid to all of Spain: timeframes and costs
Orders are prepared and shipped from Madrid and these are the current timeframes and costs for Spain:
Peninsula and Portugal: €6.50 shipping costs (free on purchases over €60), with an estimated delivery of 24 to 72 business hours.
Balearic Islands (up to 3 kg): €12.00 (free on purchases over €95), with an estimated delivery of 5 to 8 business hours.
Canary Islands (up to 3 kg): €19.00 (free on purchases over €95), with an estimated delivery of 5 to 8 business hours, including customs clearance (DUA).
During high-demand periods or special campaigns, these timeframes may be extended slightly, something that also happens, for example, on key dates like Christmas.
What you can order online
If this is your first time buying from nutnut without having stepped into the store, the most practical way is to start with our best sellers, the products that are purchased most often both in Madrid and in online orders. If you prefer to see the latest additions, check out our new arrivals. For the brand's most representative product, our roasted nuts are the main catalog, while our raw nuts are the option for those who prefer them without being roasted.
You can also explore our healthy mixes, chocolates, our spreadable nut butters, or dehydrated fruits. And if you prefer to see the entire catalog unfiltered, here you have all our products.
How to choose your first order if you have never been to the store
If you don't know Madrid or it simply isn't near you, the easiest way to start is to look at what is ordered most, both in-store and online: our best sellers are a good thermometer of what most people who already know us like. If someone recommended nutnut to you specifically for a flavor or a mix, look for it directly; if not, starting with the most popular items is the safest bet.
In the end, having physical stores only in Madrid doesn't mean nutnut is only for those who live in Madrid. We continue to roast each variety artisanally and in small batches, and that care travels with the order wherever it arrives within Spain.
